The key to making perfect margaritas is 100% determined by whether you hand-juice your limes. Purchased lime-juice is often pasteurized removing the pure essence of the citrusy tart lime. Hand-juicing your own limes can be done by hand with the green citrus juicer, by using a juicer like the one shown above, and by hand the old-fashioned way. However you decide to juice your limes, taking a few extra minutes to roll up your sleeves and squeeze them yourself makes all the difference! You can thank me later.
