Marcona almonds are Spanish almonds that are usually found plain with salt or spiced with either rosemary or even truffle oil! However you enjoy them, they are an excellent addition to cheese plates, olives and even salads taking ordinary to extraordinary levels.
Marcona almonds tend to be softer, sweeter and oilier than typical almonds making for a delectable snack or accompaniment. Because of this, make sure you store them in a cool dark place to keep them at their prime!
