Grate vs. Mince Ginger | Tuesday’s Tip of the Day!
When your recipe calls for minced ginger, grab your microplain! Simply peel the skin by using the back of a paring knife or edge of a spoon and carefully zest on your microplain. Before you know it, your ginger’s ready for business!
