Ever wonder in which order you should season your proteins or veggies? Well, you’re not the only one! We all know seasoning your food is one of the most important steps, but in which order to season, can also make quite a difference. By first adding oil, tossing or coating with your hands or a silicon pastry brush, then seasoning, the salt and pepper will better stick to the item. Easy as that, right?
