When looking for a healthy snack or dessert, consider making fresh popsicles! Sometimes I even double my smoothie recipe and freeze the other half! Whatever combination you choose, know that they will go fast!!!
Yield: 6 – 8 popsicles
Preparation time: 15 minutes + 1 hour freezer

1/4 pineapple, cored, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 peach, unpeeled, pitted, cut into 1-inch thick wedges
3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
2 cups ice
1. In a blender, add pineapple, peach, orange juice and ice. Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to 6 or 8 popsicle molds and place in the freezer until firm.
Kitchen Note: In place of orange juice, feel free to use any other juice or even milk, almond milk or soy for a creamier consistency.
