When looking for a quick dessert to delight even the sweetest of cravings, simply toss fresh peaches with a little brown sugar and lemon juice and serve over ice cream! Now, how does that sound for sweet deliciousness!!!

2 peaches, unpeeled, thinly sliced 1/2-inch thick
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice, juice from approximately 1 lemon
4 large scoops vanilla ice cream, plus more if desired
1. In a small bowl, add peaches, brown sugar and lemon juice. Cover and place in the refrigerator allowing juices to develop, approximately 30 minutes.
2. In 4 serving bowls, add a large scoop of ice cream and divide peach mixture to cover.
Kitchen Note: Feel free to substitute any other ice cream to your liking, or even gelato!
