1 pint vanilla ice cream
8 – 16 tablespoons freshly brewed espresso (depending on desired coffee to ice cream ratio)
1. In 4 ice cream cups, evenly divide the vanilla ice cream. Top each with 2 – 4 tablespoons of freshly brewed espresso and serve immediately.
Kitchen Note: Feel free to use chocolate ice cream instead for a mocha variety.
