Honey Mustard

I am not huge on condiments, except for honey mustard that is! It’s sweet with a nice “bite”, just how I like it! There are millions of variations out there but this is my favorite. Let me know what you think!

1 cup (8-ounce jar) Dijon mustard

1/2 cup honey

Method:

1. In a small bowl, add Dijon mustard and honey. Whisk to combine and until smooth. Serve alongside a thick slice of spiral cut ham or as a sandwich condiment or dip.

Kitchen Note: For more “bite” add additional Dijon. For more sweetness, increase the amount of honey.
