When it comes to cooking, sometimes less is more! This vinaigrette is a testament to that with only 5 ingredients resulting in the most refreshing and satisfying vinaigrette your taste buds will ever encounter. Plus, as a bonus, it makes for a great marinade!!!
Yield: 1 1/2 cups

3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey – see kitchen note
1/4 cup tightly packed basil
1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
kosher salt, as needed
freshly ground black pepper, as needed
1. In a food processor, add olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, basil and garlic. Process until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper and toss with your favorite salad greens.
Kitchen Note: Add more or less honey depending on desired sweetness.
