1 mango, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes (approximately 2 cups)
1/4 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch cubes (approximately 1 cup)
2/3 cup liquid of choice, i.e., almond milk, coconut water or orange juice – see kitchen note
2 cups ice
1. In a blender, add mango, pineapple, liquid of choice and ice. Blend until smooth and serve while cold.
Kitchen Note: Feel free to use whatever liquid you would like, keeping in mind almond milk will make it creamier where juice will make it sweeter.
